Lead Mobile Developer

Role Overview: You will be joining Atomise, a dynamic and innovative company specializing in IT Product and Consulting services. Your role as a Lead Developer will involve designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performing applications. You will work on mobile app development using Ionic or Flutter and backend development in Java, ensuring seamless performance and compatibility across various devices and operating systems. Key Responsibilities: - Mobile Development: - Design, develop, and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Ionic or Flutter. - Ensure seamless performance and compatibility across different devices and operating systems. - Integrate third-party APIs and tools into mobile applications. - Backend Development: - Build and maintain secure, scalable, and efficient backend services using Java. - Design and implement RESTful APIs to support mobile and web applications. - Optimize backend systems for performance and scalability. - Collaboration: - Work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Code Quality: - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Perform code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards. - Problem Solving: - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. - Continuously improve existing systems and processes. Qualification Required: - Experience: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 8+ years in software development. - Technical Expertise: - Strong experience with Ionic or Flutter for mobile app development. - Proficiency in Java for backend development. - Experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs. - Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (e.g., MVVM, MVP). - Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). - Tools & Frameworks: - Hands-on experience with tools like Git, Jenkins, or CI/CD pipelines. - Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus. - Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Proactive and self-motivated with a growth mindset.
