About the role:

Lead Mobile Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the mobile development team in delivering high-quality iOS and Android apps.

Define technical architecture, best practices, and coding standards.

Perform code reviews, mentor junior developers, and ensure overall quality.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve app-related issues efficiently.

Develop features using React Native, ensuring performance across platforms.

Implement offline-first strategies and real-time data synchronization.

Ensure pixel-perfect UI based on design guidelines.

Work with backend engineers to integrate APIs and optimize performance.

Focus on making the app modern, next-level, and distinct in the market.

Continuously monitor, optimize, and elevate app performance.

Enforce security best practices and stay updated with mobile development trends.

Manage app deployment to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and translate requirements into functional mobile apps.

Implement unit testing to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.

Maintain a culture of innovation and quality throughout the development lifecycle.

Desired Qualifications:

7+ years of experience with Mobile application development with strong focus on iOS and Android development.

Experience with cross-platform frameworks such as React Native

Proven leadership experience with mobile development teams.

Expertise in offline strategies and real-time data syncing (e.g., Firebase or any other technologies).

Strong skills in mobile architecture, state management, and UI libraries.

Knowledge of API integration, performance optimization, and security best practices.

Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and app deployment.

Familiarity with Google Play and Apple App Store guidelines and deployment processes.
