Contract Negotiation and Management: Negotiating contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization. Reviewing and managing existing contracts to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms and conditions. Working with legal and procurement teams to ensure contracts align with organizational policies and legal requirements. Acting as the primary point of contact for vendors, facilitating communication and addressing any issues or concerns. Vendor Selection and Onboarding: Participating in the selection and evaluation of new vendors to ensure they meet the organization's requirements and standards. Overseeing the onboarding process for new vendors, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the organization's operations. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation: Monitoring vendor performance to ensure that services are delivered in accordance with SLAs and organizational expectations.
