Optimize borrower movement across different funnel stages . Process & Quality Adherence (10%) Maintain 90% adherence to telesales quality standards. Use an effective sales pitch and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines. Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) (10%) Deliver exceptional customer experience , ensuring a CSAT score of 4.5 (90%) . Address borrower queries positively to improve survey feedback.
