About the Role:

Full Stack Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end application design and development using

  Spring Boot (v3.3.5)

  and

  NextJS (v15)

  .
• Architect and implement

  microservices-based

  applications ensuring scalability and performance.
• Design and manage

  containerized solutions

  using

  Docker

  and

  Kubernetes (AKS)

  .
• Develop and deploy

  cloud-native applications

  on

  Azure Cloud

  leveraging services such as App Services, AKS, ACR, and Storage.
• Collaborate with front-end, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and ensure smooth communication between client and server layers.
• Drive innovation and adoption of modern technologies and development practices.
• Ensure application reliability, security, and performance in a distributed environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 8–12 years

  of total experience in software development, with

  3+ years

  in a technical or team lead role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in

  Java (17 or above)

  and

  Spring Boot (v3.3.5)

  .
• Experience in

  NextJS (v15)

  ,

  ReactJS

  , and

  frontend-backend integration

  .
• Proficiency in

  Docker

  and

  Kubernetes

  for application deployment and orchestration.
• Strong working experience with

  Azure Cloud

  (AKS, App Services, ACR, Azure DevOps).
• Excellent understanding of

  Microservices Architecture

• Experience with

  CI/CD pipelines

Education:
