Responsibilities

• Maintain and support the IQ product within the Identity Management system
• Triage, refine, and manage incidents effectively
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root cause analysis
• Fix bugs and verify resolutions
• Achieve unit test coverage and promote test automation
• Establish tools to monitor and control SLA adherence
• Process incoming requests for triage and resolution
• Support deployment processes, including hotfix releases
• Collaborate with new feature development teams for cross-team knowledge sharing
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Facilitate the change management process
• Coordinate with client-side support services at various levels
• Lead the engineering team on a day-to-day basis

Requirements

• 9 to 15 years of experience in Java development
• Demonstrated competency in managing Support Services with committed SLAs from an engineering perspective
• Background in working with incident management processes
• Advanced understanding of ITIL processes
• Knowledge of Metrics & KPIs
• Background in Java software development
• Proficiency in Angular
• Understanding of engineering excellence principles and best practices
• Capability to lead large-scale technical teams at the program level
• Expertise in object-oriented analysis and design principles
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages and methodologies
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in implementing Microservices

Nice to have

• Familiarity with IAM concepts
• Skills in Continuous Delivery processes
• Understanding of how to gather production performance metrics through instrumentation
• Background in AI and Machine Learning principles
