Lead Java Developer

Role Overview: As a Java Developer, you will play a key role in leading the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications. You will collaborate with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-performance solutions. Your responsibilities also include building scalable microservices using Spring Boot and RESTful architecture while enforcing best practices in code quality, testing, and software development life cycle. Additionally, you will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. You will be responsible for taking ownership of project timelines, deliverables, and technical decisions.
