Lead Java Developer

Egen.ai is seeking a Lead Platform Engineer with a minimum of 8+ years of industry experience. The position is based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model of 2 to 3 days in the office. Immediate joiners with a notice period of 0 to 15 days are preferred. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in Java, Springboot, Kafka, and Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related fields and possess a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and cloud technologies. Experience in developing production-ready code using Java8, Spring Boot, Spring Data, and API libraries is essential. Proficiency in web application standards, React/Angular/Vue, and REST APIs is required. Additionally, familiarity with unit testing, integration testing, RESTful APIs, microservice architecture, SQL databases, NoSQL databases, Docker, and cloud-based CI/CD processes is crucial. While not mandatory, exposure to JavaScript frameworks and Kafka would be advantageous for this role.
