Job Context –
· End-End IT readiness of All CSG projects including – New Products, Repricing, Tactical GTMs, Riders
· Understanding the Interplay of various IT systems
· Understand and discuss the scope of IT readiness with classification of projects as low complexity, medium complexity, high complexity
· Raising all CRs after discussion with IT team, and Head- CSG, and ensure all CRs are tracked and ensure go live readiness
· Testing of all Products (UATs) including Riders and Repricing and tactical GTMs
· To lead the requirement gatherings from all stakeholders including Operations, Claims, UW, Sales automation, CX, Renewals, Finance etc
· To ensure BRD/ FSD sign offs and liase with all stakeholders for the same
Management of all CRs and IT related projects for CSG
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
