As a Senior Infrastructure Architect at our energy technology company, you will play a crucial role in our digital transformation journey. You will work closely with the cybersecurity, architecture, and data protection teams to advise on system design and validation, ensuring the security and efficiency of our infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: - Participating in technical and business discussions to shape future architect direction - Assisting in analyzing, designing, and developing roadmaps based on current and future architectural states - Gathering and analyzing data to develop architectural requirements at the project level - Participating in the infrastructure architecture governance model - Supporting the design and deployment of infrastructure solutions that meet standardization, security, regulatory compliance, and quality requirements - Researching and evaluating emerging technologies to support project development and operational activities - Coaching and mentoring team members To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 8 years of professional experience - Experience in Azure infrastructure services and automating deployments - Experience in DevOps and working with Data bricks - Hands-on experience with database technologies and ETL tools like Databricks Workflows using Pyspark/Python - Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries - Expertise in designing computing, networking, or storage solutions to meet business application requirements - Understanding of technical and business discussions related to architecture direction - Familiarity with gathering architecture requirements and applying standards to project work At our company, we value diversity and understand that everyone has unique preferences for how they work best.
