Develop, manage, and support daily, weekly, and monthly reports using SQL and Power BI.
Extract and transform data from various healthcare systems and databases for analysis and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data reporting requirements and translate them into actionable reporting solutions.
Create and maintain automated data pipelines and reporting workflows using AWS services Perform data quality checks, data validation, and troubleshooting of reporting issues.
Design and implement dashboards and visualizations using Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Assist with ad-hoc analysis and custom reporting requests from business leadership.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards such as HIPAA when handling sensitive data.
Support the team in developing predictive analytics and advanced reporting solutions as the business evolves.
