You will play a crucial role in developing applications by utilizing appropriate technical options, optimizing application development, maintenance, and performance. Your responsibilities will involve interpreting application feature and component designs, coding, debugging, testing, and documenting product component and feature development stages. Additionally, you will be required to validate results with user representatives and integrate and commission the overall solution. Your proficiency will be demonstrated by selecting and creating appropriate technical options for development, optimizing efficiency, cost, and quality, and influencing customer satisfaction and employee engagement within project teams. You will be responsible for setting FAST goals for yourself and the team, providing feedback on team members" FAST goals, and adhering to engineering processes and standards. Your outcomes will be measured based on your adherence to coding standards, project schedules, the number of technical issues uncovered during project execution, defects in the code, post-delivery defects, non-compliance issues, voluntary attrition rate, and on-time completion of mandatory compliance trainings. Your expected outputs will include coding as per the design, defining coding standards, reviewing code for the team and peers, creating/reviewing templates, checklists, guidelines, and standards for design/process/development, defining and governing configuration management plans, ensuring compliance from the team, reviewing/creating unit test cases, scenarios, and execution, advising software developers on design and development, managing project delivery and defects, estimating effort and size, managing knowledge, releasing processes, contributing to design, interfacing with customers, managing the team, obtaining relevant certifications, and more. You should be proficient in React, MongoDB, Redux, and GraphQL technologies, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Additionally, you should be able to lead and mentor a team, plan and lead client demos, and story point user stories effectively.
