Job Description

Role Overview: You will be a Senior Java Developer responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting Java-based applications using Spring Boot and REST/SOAP services. Your role will involve leading requirement gathering, conducting technical design and code reviews, and mentoring team members to maintain high motivation and productivity. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in Agile ceremonies will be key to ensure timely delivery of high-quality features that meet customer expectations. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and troubleshoot Java-based applications utilizing Spring Boot and REST/SOAP services - Lead requirement gathering, conduct technical design and code reviews - Mentor team members to maintain a high level of motivation and productivity - Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality and meet customer expectations - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution - Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs Qualification Required: - Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, and web services - Experience with cloud services such as Google Cloud and AWS - Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies - Experience with frontend technologies like Angular and AJAX - Familiarity with tools like Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence - Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills Role Overview: You will be a Senior Java Developer responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting Java-based applications using Spring Boot and REST/SOAP services.
