Job Description

As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and troubleshooting Java-based applications using Spring Boot and REST/SOAP services. Your key responsibilities will include leading requirement gathering, conducting technical design and code reviews, mentoring team members, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. You will also participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and troubleshoot Java-based applications using Spring Boot and REST/SOAP services. - Lead requirement gathering, conduct technical design and code reviews. - Mentor team members to maintain a high level of motivation and productivity. - Ensure timely delivery of features with high quality to meet customer expectations. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and prioritize customer needs effectively. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SQL, and web services. - Experience with cloud services such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and AWS. - Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. - Familiarity with frontend technologies like Angular and AJAX. - Knowledge of tools like Bitbucket, Jira, and Confluence. - Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills.
