Job Description

As a Senior React Native Developer with over 7 years of experience in mobile front-end development, you will be responsible for developing applications using the React Native Bare Workflow. Your primary focus will be on building performant and user-friendly mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. You will collaborate closely with backend developers, designers, and product managers in an Agile environment to deliver scalable and feature-rich mobile apps. Your key responsibilities will include interpreting application feature and component designs, coding, debugging, testing, documenting, and communicating product component and feature development stages. You will be expected to adhere to engineering processes and standards, project schedules, and timelines. Your role will also involve creating and reviewing coding standards, templates, checklists, and design documentation. In addition to developing applications, you will be required to configure and govern configuration management plans, review/create unit test cases and scenarios, and provide clarifications to the testing team. Your domain relevance will involve advising software developers on design and development, understanding customer domains, and identifying opportunities for value addition. As part of the project management aspect, you will support the Project Manager with inputs, manage delivery of modules, manage complex user stories, perform defect RCA and mitigation, estimate effort and size, and contribute to the creation of high-level and low-level designs and architectures. Furthermore, you will be responsible for interfacing with customers, managing the team by setting goals, providing feedback, upskilling team members, and ensuring team engagement. You will also be involved in obtaining relevant domain and technology certifications and contributing to project-related documents and knowledge sharing. The ideal candidate for this role must have hands-on experience with the React Native Bare Workflow, strong JavaScript/TypeScript skills, and knowledge of Redux and mobile development best practices. Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries, familiarity with CI/CD tools and pipelines, and experience working in Agile/Scrum teams are essential. Nice-to-have skills include experience with Expo, familiarity with monitoring/logging tools, and understanding of native Android and iOS development. If you possess the required skills in React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, and REST APIs along with the mentioned experience, and are passionate about building high-quality mobile applications, we encourage you to apply for this challenging opportunity.,
