Lead II - Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer at UST in Bengaluru (Hybrid), with a total experience of 6-8 years and at least 5 years in Machine Learning, your primary responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms. - Performing data analysis to extract insights, identify patterns, and implement feature engineering processes to enhance model performance. - Collaborating with data scientists and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and infrastructure. - Developing and deploying machine learning applications using Flask, FastAPI, or Django. To excel in this role, you must possess the following qualifications: - Strong skills in Python and its libraries (NumPy, pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch). - Experience with web frameworks such as Flask, FastAPI, or Django. - Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques. - Proficiency in data visualization tools like Matplotlib and Seaborn. - Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently and in a team. - Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Good-to-have skills for this position include: - Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS. - Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools. - Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. - Exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
