Developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts, as well as generating and analyzing automation execution reports, may also be part of your responsibilities. In terms of regression and UAT support, you will conduct regression cycles and provide support during UAT phases by coordinating with stakeholders. Validating production bug fixes and releases is crucial for maintaining the quality of the platform. Cross-team collaboration is another key aspect of the role, involving working closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Proactively identifying gaps and recommending improvements in QA processes and automation is essential for continuous improvement. The must-have skills for this role include strong hands-on experience in manual testing, test case creation, execution, and result tracking. Experience with defect management tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar is required, along with hands-on testing experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud or other Salesforce clouds. The ability to create clear and detailed test cases, logs, and reports, as well as proven experience in running and managing regression cycles and UAT coordination, are also necessary. Good to have skills for this role may include exposure to test automation tools like Selenium, UFT, TestNG, etc., basic scripting/coding knowledge (Java, Python, or similar) for automation, familiarity with test management tools like TestRail, Zephyr, etc., and knowledge of CI/CD tools for automation execution and reporting. Overall, the role of Salesforce QA (Experience Cloud) requires a combination of manual testing expertise, Salesforce domain knowledge, automation skills, regression and UAT support experience, as well as effective cross-team collaboration to ensure the quality of the Salesforce Experience Cloud platform.,
