Lead I - Software Testing (Sr. Salesforce QA (Manual + Automation) Tester)

As a Sr. Salesforce QA (Manual + Automation) Tester with 5 to 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of Salesforce applications. Your primary location will be in Bangalore, with potential opportunities in Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Noida, Kochi, and Trivandrum. Your expertise in Salesforce QA will be crucial, including a proven track record of testing Salesforce applications, strong functional testing skills in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and experience in validating configurations, workflows, and integrations within the Salesforce environment. You will be required to create detailed test plans, scenarios, and cases, perform end-to-end functional and regression testing, and ensure comprehensive test coverage based on business requirements. Additionally, hands-on experience in developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, Provar, or Katalon will be essential. Experience in test management tools, defect tracking, testing integrations, and familiarity with automation frameworks are key requirements for this role. Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work effectively in Agile teams are also essential. Your responsibilities will include designing test processes, creating structured test plans, executing manual and automated testing, evaluating system functionality against business requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and ensure successful releases. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field is required, along with a strong interest in continuous learning, ownership, and collaboration.
