Job Description

Role Description: As a Performance Testing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing performance testing strategies including load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests. Your role involves developing automated performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling, executing performance tests, and analyzing results to identify system bottlenecks. Collaborating with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines and monitoring application performance in production are also key responsibilities. Additionally, you will document test plans, results, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders while staying updated with the latest performance testing tools and methodologies. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement performance testing strategies (load, stress, endurance, and scalability) - Develop automated performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, or Gatling - Execute performance tests and analyze results to identify system bottlenecks - Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines - Monitor application performance in production and recommend improvements - Document test plans, results, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders - Stay updated with the latest performance testing tools and methodologies Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field - 3+ years of experience in performance testing - Proficiency in performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling) - Experience with scripting languages (Java, Python) - Strong understanding of system architecture and performance metrics - Familiarity with monitoring tools (Grafana, New Relic, DataDog) - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and collaboration abilities If you have the skills in API Testing, Performance Testing, and ETL Testing, and meet the above qualifications, you are encouraged to apply for this challenging and rewarding position.,
