You have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Python Backend Developer with a focus on building modern, data-driven web applications and APIs. As a key member of the automation team, your responsibilities will include leading the team in various automation tasks, mentoring junior team members, troubleshooting backend performance issues, and ensuring system health checks and incident resolution. Your expertise in Python, Pandas, MongoDB, Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis, REST APIs, MySQL, Kubernetes, and GIT will be crucial in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead automation team in job monitoring, system health checks, incident resolution, service request fulfillment, and DevOps activities - Mentor and guide junior team members - Troubleshoot and resolve backend performance issues **Qualifications Required:** - Strong backend programming skills in Python - Experience with Pandas, MongoDB, Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis, RESTful web services and APIs, MySQL, Kubernetes, and GIT - Familiarity with DevOps tools - Integration of multiple data sources and vendor APIs - Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3 - Nice to have: Exposure to AI/ML and Natural Language Processing (NLP) Join us in Trivandrum/Cochin and make a significant impact with your 57 years of experience.
