Role Overview: As a Full Stack Developer at UST, you will act creatively to develop applications and select appropriate technical options to optimize application development, maintenance, and performance. You will interpret application designs, code, debug, test, document, and communicate product development stages. Additionally, you will optimize efficiency, cost, and quality while influencing and improving customer satisfaction. Setting FAST goals for yourself and the team, providing feedback, and ensuring adherence to engineering processes and project timelines are key aspects of this role. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret application/feature/component designs and develop them according to specifications - Code, debug, test, document, and communicate product/component/feature development stages - Select appropriate technical options for development, optimizing efficiency, cost, and quality - Influence and improve customer satisfaction - Set FAST goals for self/team and provide feedback - Adhere to engineering processes and standards (coding standards) - Adhere to project schedule/timelines - Review code, create/review templates, checklists, and guidelines for design/process/development - Define and govern configuration management plan - Review and create unit test cases, scenarios, and execution - Advise Software Developers on design and development with a deep understanding of the business problem - Manage delivery of modules and/or user stories, perform defect RCA and mitigation, estimate effort for projects - Contribute to design and architecture for Applications/Features/Business Components/Data Models - Clarify requirements, present design options, and conduct product demos to customers - Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Java, React.js, Spring Boot, and SQL Queries - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Knowledge of software development life cycle, Agile, Scrum or Kanban methods, and integrated development environments - Ability to break down complex problems, develop user interfaces, and estimate time and effort for development/debugging - Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices-based solutions, and DevOps best practices - Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure - Deep understanding of customer domain and sub-domains About UST: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider that partners with clients to embed innovation and agility into their organizations.
