Lead I - Semiconductor S/W Product Development

As a Technical Lead at UST, your role involves driving, collaborating, mentoring, and coaching a small to medium-sized team in coding, debugging, and content development. You will have the opportunity to self-manage and deliver results with no guidance, inspiring team members to look up to you for technical assistance. Key Responsibilities: - Be an expert at bug monitoring, tracking bug lifecycle, triage, and isolation - Demonstrate expertise in coding modules, libraries, low-level debugging, code analysis, and code review - Perform component selection, isolation, and root cause analysis in case of failure - Adhere to the latest versions of feature documents, source code, and binaries with respect to testing, development, and debugging - Ensure adherence to project timelines and communicate effectively over emails and conversations - Mentor teams in Automation/Debug to enhance their effectiveness - Develop overall team expertise in low-level coding, debugging, and content development - Conduct thorough analysis of requirements to provide measurable inputs in terms of ETA, SLA, TAT, and milestones - Train teams to analyze traces/core dump for defects reported internally or by customers to determine the root cause - Be flexible and adaptable to changing and varied working environments, shifts, and extended working hours - Have a thorough understanding of tools and applications used in the process and suggest new tools and process enhancements Qualifications Required: - Technical expertise in debugging, automation, content development, hardware requirements, and process changes for smart execution - Strong technical mentorship and client management skills - Ability to undertake challenging domains, tasks, projects, platforms, demanding clients, and complex processed projects - Identify project risks and plan mitigation actions with clients - Ensure the quality of deliverables in line with agreed standards and guidelines - Analyze test results and coordinate with development teams for bug fixes - Define debug strategies/standards and Best Known Methods (BKM) - Create documentation for own work, requirement analysis, project progress, solutions, designs, best practices, BKMs, and test reports As a Technical Lead at UST, you will work with a global digital transformation solutions provider that partners with clients to embed innovation and agility into their organizations.
