Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of business applications using Pega 7.x and 8.x. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in Pega strategic frameworks such as CS/CPM, SD, Case Management, Integration, and UI development. It is essential to ensure adherence to Pega best practices, CI/CD pipelines, security, and compliance standards. Your must-have skills include Pega Certifications like CSA and/or CSSA, hands-on experience with Pega 7.x and 8.x, proficiency in Pega UI development, knowledge of Pega DataPages and case management, experience in integration engine and connect rules, and proficiency in consuming and exposing REST, SOAP APIs. Additionally, you should have experience with various Pega functionalities such as Flow Action, SLA, Correspondence, Data Transformation Rules, PRPC Security, Single-Sign-On, Listeners, and Pega Admin Studio. It would be beneficial if you have knowledge of Pega strategic frameworks like CS, CPM, SD, multi-tenancy architecture, BIX framework for reporting, Jenkins CI/CD or Pega CI/CD pipelines, and Pega Custom Rule Type implementation. As a Pega Lead, your responsibilities will include leading the design and development of Pega applications, optimizing application performance, developing Pega case management solutions with advanced UI components, implementing and managing integrations, analyzing Pega logs, troubleshooting application issues, collaborating with stakeholders to define business processes and technical requirements, guiding and mentoring junior developers, and staying updated with the latest Pega advancements and implementing best practices. Your key skills will revolve around Pega and Pega CSSA certification.,
