Description
As a Software Developer in this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, debugging, testing, documenting, integrating, and commissioning application features and components according to specifications. Your focus will be on improving or reusing existing components to optimize efficiency, cost, and quality. You will need to ensure adherence to engineering and process standards, manage the delivery of modules and user stories, conduct defect investigations (RCA), and enhance overall product quality. Your responsibilities will also include creating and reviewing all relevant artifacts such as design documents, test cases, and release plans. Additionally, you will configure and manage code/configurations and collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers for requirements clarification, demos, and alignment. Mentoring the team by setting FAST goals, providing feedback, ensuring process compliance, and fostering team engagement will also be a key part of your role. Your performance will be evaluated based on adherence to coding and process standards, project schedule/timelines, the number of technical issues and defects identified during execution and post-delivery, and noncompliance issues. The required qualifications for this role include deep domain knowledge, proficiency in multiple programming languages, design and architecture skills, experience in SDLC/Agile methodologies, and strong leadership and communication abilities.
