Description
As a Software Engineer in this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, debugging, testing, documenting, integrating, and commissioning application features and components according to specifications. Your tasks will also involve improving or reusing existing components to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain high quality standards. It will be your duty to ensure compliance with engineering and process standards, oversee the delivery of modules and user stories, conduct defect investigations (RCA), and enhance the overall product quality. Additionally, you will be involved in creating and reviewing various artifacts such as design documents, test cases, and release plans, as well as configuring and managing code/configurations. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and customers for requirements clarification, demos, and alignment will also be a key aspect of your role. Furthermore, you will play a crucial part in mentoring the team by establishing FAST goals, providing feedback, ensuring process adherence, and fostering team engagement. Your performance will be evaluated based on your adherence to coding and process standards, project schedule/timelines, handling of technical issues and defects, and compliance with regulations.
