You should have proficiency in setting up Single Sign-On (SSO) using platforms such as Azure AD, Okta, etc. Your role will involve excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers. You should be able to troubleshoot issues and educate customers on setting up SSO and integrating third-party services. With 5 to 10 years of experience, it is essential to possess customer-facing skills, particularly in the NA region. Additionally, you must have mature communication skills to handle customer inquiries during the EST time zone (5 pm to 2 am IST). Your skills should include data migration, working with cloud platforms, and scripting.,
