Role Overview: As a Business Analyst at our Trivandrum location, you will be responsible for managing requirements throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery to delivery. Your role will involve utilizing your strong analytical skills to interpret complex data, while effectively communicating with stakeholders at various levels to ensure their needs are met. You will also support project teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business readiness activities, following different delivery methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, and Scrum. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize your 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst to effectively manage requirements through the project lifecycle. - Apply your expertise in the annuity or financial services domain to provide valuable insights and analysis. - Demonstrate strong SQL proficiency to query and manipulate data efficiently. - Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate options as part of full requirements management processes. - Manage stakeholder relationships across different levels, ensuring their requirements are understood and addressed. - Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly through strong verbal and written communication skills. - Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and support business readiness activities within project teams. - Work with various delivery methodologies including Prince2, Agile, and Scrum to ensure successful project delivery.
