Job Description

As a Business Analyst with 5-9 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in the success of projects by utilizing your expertise in the business analysis lifecycle. Your responsibilities will involve managing requirements from discovery to delivery, interpreting complex data, and ensuring stakeholder needs are met at all levels, from users to senior management. Your primary focus will be on leveraging your Annuity Domain experience to provide valuable insights and solutions in the financial services domain. Proficiency in SQL is essential for querying and manipulating data effectively. You will be required to conduct feasibility studies, evaluate options, and contribute to full requirements management processes. Your communication skills, both verbal and written, will be key in clearly conveying complex information and facilitating stakeholder engagement. Additionally, you will support project teams by facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business readiness activities. Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as Prince2, Agile, and Scrum will be advantageous. While not mandatory, familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation tasks, creative thinking to deliver high-value business benefits, experience in business case writing, and workshop facilitation skills are considered beneficial for this role.
