Job Description

Role Overview: As a developer, your primary responsibility will be to build applications, features, and components based on design specifications while ensuring high-quality code that complies with coding standards and project timelines. You will also be involved in testing, debugging, technical decision-making, documentation, domain expertise, project, and release management, team leadership, customer interaction, and utilizing a specific technology stack. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver applications, features, and components according to design specifications. - Write, review, and execute unit test cases, debug code, validate results with users, and support defect analysis and mitigation. - Make technical decisions to select optimal solutions that enhance efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. - Create and review design documents, templates, checklists, and configuration management plans to ensure team compliance. - Deeply understand the customer business domain to advise developers and identify opportunities for value addition. - Manage the delivery of modules/user stories, estimate efforts, coordinate releases, and ensure adherence to engineering processes and timelines. - Set goals, provide feedback, mentor team members, maintain motivation, and manage people-related issues effectively. - Clarify requirements, present design options, conduct demos, and build customer confidence through timely and quality deliverables. - Utilize expertise in Big Data technologies (PySpark, Scala), AWS services, CICD tools, databases, microservices, and containerization. - Communicate clearly, work under pressure, handle dependencies and risks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and proactively seek/offers help. Qualification Required: - Must-have skills in Big Data (PySpark, Scala). - Preferred skills include AWS services (EMR, S3, Glue, Airflow, RDS, DynamoDB), CICD tools (Jenkins), relational & NoSQL databases, microservices, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
