Job Description

You are a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with over 5 years of professional backend development experience, including at least 1 year in a lead role. Your deep expertise lies in TypeScript and Node.js, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing scalable backend solutions using AWS. Your proficiency extends to core programming concepts such as closures, design patterns, layered architecture, encryption, and serialization. Additionally, you excel in building RESTful APIs or GraphQL services and possess the ability to work independently while proactively driving technical solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering scalable backend solutions. Your strong leadership and mentoring skills will be crucial in guiding a high-performing development team. You will leverage your expertise to contribute to the development of the team and ensure the successful delivery of projects. Ideally, you also have experience in guiding and mentoring development teams, proficiency in debugging and resolving complex technical issues, and knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Your strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable effective collaboration across teams. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a key role in driving the technical direction of the backend development team. Your expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS will be instrumental in designing and implementing scalable solutions to meet the organization's needs.,
