Description
You are a highly experienced and motivated Lead HubSpot CMS Developer with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience. In this role, you will take ownership of web development initiatives on the HubSpot platform, leading the development and optimization of HubSpot CMS-based websites, custom modules, and digital experiences. Your responsibilities include translating business needs into scalable, high-performance, and user-centric digital solutions using the HubSpot CMS, collaborating with cross-functional teams, guiding and mentoring junior developers, and ensuring the maintainability, reusability, and scalability of CMS architecture and coding standards. Your key responsibilities will involve owning the end-to-end development of HubSpot CMS themes, templates, custom modules, and landing pages. You will translate wireframes and design mockups into high-quality front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and HubL. Furthermore, you will optimize website performance for SEO, page load speed, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility, while also managing HubDB, smart content, and dynamic personalization strategies within the CMS. To excel in this role, you should have 5+ years of hands-on experience developing on the HubSpot CMS platform and proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and HubL. A strong understanding of HubSpot Design Manager, CMS Hub Enterprise, and responsive design principles is essential. Excellent communication skills are required to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively. Additionally, experience in managing projects, mentoring developers, and possessing the HubSpot CMS Developer Certification are highly desirable. It would be beneficial if you are familiar with JavaScript frameworks like React and Vue, understand HubSpot CRM data usage within CMS content personalization, have experience in A/B testing, performance monitoring, and analytics implementation in HubSpot, and have a background in agency, SaaS, or growth-driven design environments. Stay updated on HubSpot CMS updates, emerging tools, and web development trends to provide technical consultation to internal stakeholders effectively.,
