Lead Graphic Designer - Kolkata

Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for driving innovative design solutions, guiding a team of graphic designers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality visual content across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to create impactful designs that align with brand vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 3-5 graphic designers, ensuring consistent collaboration and high-quality design outputs.
• Independently conceptualize and execute a wide range of design projects, including but not limited to social media creatives, print materials, infographics, animations, and general graphic design.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design software, trends, and techniques to deliver innovative and visually compelling content.
• Ensure design consistency and brand alignment across all platforms and media.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, including management and HR, as well as with clients to understand their needs and deliver design solutions that exceed expectations.

Qualifications & Experience:

• 10+ years of proven experience in creative graphic design, with a portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills and accomplishments.
• A Bachelor's degree in Commercial Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong leadership abilities with the capability to guide, mentor, and inspire a creative team.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients.
• In-depth proficiency in all major design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and a strong understanding of design principles and trends.
