About the job: We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive LinkedIn Account Manager to manage client lead generation campaigns, optimize LinkedIn profiles, and handle extensive communication. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with experience in LinkedIn account management and lead generation. Handle the LinkedIn accounts and perform profile optimization (banner, photo, headline, about, and experience sections). Key responsibilities: 1. Manage data entry, including age, connections, and payment information, using Airtable. 2. Conduct daily communication through WhatsApp, email, and calls with LinkedIn account holders. 3. Lead onboarding meetings and manage affiliate accounts. 4. Write copy, manage outbound campaigns, and post content on LinkedIn and other social media platforms. 5. Warm up LinkedIn accounts through engagement (liking, commenting, and scrolling). 6. Create and present reports, attend client and team calls, and manage communication efficiently. 7. Conduct lead scraping and email verification for outbound campaigns. 8. Participate in brainstorming sessions to improve lead generation strategies. Perks and Benefits: 1. Fixed pay: 35,000 - 50,000 per month. 2. Performance-based incentives: 5,000 - 10,000 per month. Technical proficiency with LinkedIn tools (Sales Navigator, Gologin, Adspower) and proxy management. 5. Strong digital literacy and familiarity with CMS and data scraping. 6. Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in lead generation. 7. High-speed internet connection and a computer with an i7 or higher processor. 8.
