Lead Full-Stack Developer

As a Lead Full Stack Developer at Zenera Limited, you will have the opportunity to take full technical ownership of the BuildTrack POC, an AI-powered platform aimed at streamlining construction progress tracking for UK construction SMEs. Your responsibilities will include defining and implementing the end-to-end architecture, converting business requirements into scalable features, and selecting the appropriate tech stack for construction field use. Key Responsibilities: - Build core modules such as photo-based progress tracking, dashboard development, and data upload/processing. - Collaborate with the Business Analyst to define realistic product milestones. - Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical matters, including code reviews, deployment, and mentoring junior developers or freelancers. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of full-stack development experience, preferably in a startup or early-stage product environment. - Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP), REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and database design. - Exposure to construction workflows or platforms like Procore, Autodesk BIM 360, or similar tools would be advantageous.
