Lead Full Stack Developer

Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, Django, and AI-driven web application development. The role requires hands-on development capability combined with technical leadership, including managing a small engineering team and owning the end-to-end lifecycle of scalable web products.

You will be required to:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using Python, Django, REST APIs, and modern frontend framework.
• Build AI-powered features (e.g., ML models integration, NLP, recommendation systems, automation, or GenAI APIs)
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability
• Lead architecture decisions for modular, scalable, and maintainable systems

Preferred candidate profile:

• 45 years of overall experience in full stack web development
• At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python & Django
• Proven experience in AI-enabled or data-driven web applications

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

Backend & AI

• Python, Django, Django REST Framework
• Experience integrating AI / ML / GenAI models into web applications
• API design, authentication, and authorization
