Lead Full Stack Developer

As a Lead Full Stack Developer (Java + React.js) at our company, your role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading end-to-end development of web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and React.js - Designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services - Developing responsive and reusable UI components using React.js - Collaborating with product managers, architects, and QA teams - Reviewing code, mentoring junior developers, and enforcing best coding practices - Participating in architecture discussions, technical design, and system optimization - Ensuring adherence to SDLC, Agile/Scrum processes, and coding standards - Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application issues To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: - 4-8 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development - Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices - Extensive experience with React.js is mandatory - Proficiency in REST APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript - Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle - Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and version control practices - Strong problem-solving and communication skills Additionally, exposure to Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and knowledge of Node.js or other frontend frameworks will be advantageous. Prior experience leading or mentoring teams is a plus.
