Lead Full Stack Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Developer with 7-10 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and delivering scalable web applications using React.js, Node.js, and modern JavaScript frameworks. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Experience in NestJS will be added advantage
• Define application architecture, coding standards, and development best practices.
• Mentor and guide a team of developers through code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Develop reusable front-end components using React.js, Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries such as Redux.
• Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performing RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, UX Designers, and Business Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Drive performance optimization, scalability improvements, and application security initiatives.
• Oversee database design, optimization, and integration using SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ensure adherence to CI/CD processes, DevOps practices, and automated testing strategies.
• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, release management, and Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide technical solutions for complex challenges.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Full Stack Development with at least 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
• Hands-on experience with Redux, Context API, Hooks, and modern React design patterns.
• Extensive experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other database technologies.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, and performance optimization techniques.
• Experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management.
