Lead Frontend Software Architect

Role Overview: As a Frontend Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and test responsive and modular web applications to ensure optimal user experience across desktop and mobile devices. You will collaborate with other developers and teams in a fast-paced environment, researching and integrating new features. Troubleshooting and resolving issues will be a key part of your role, including addressing system integration and compatibility challenges. Additionally, you will be expected to evaluate the impact of design decisions on scalability, performance, and reliability while adhering to coding standards and security protocols. Providing technical guidance to junior team members will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and test responsive and modular web applications for optimal user experience on desktop and mobile devices - Collaborate with other developers and teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment - Research, build, and integrate new features into web applications - Troubleshoot and analyze root causes of pre-production or production problems and implement solutions - Address system integration and compatibility issues - Evaluate design impact on scalability, performance, and reliability - Follow coding and software tools standards to meet security and quality control requirements - Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members Qualifications Required: - Minimum 10 years of experience as a Frontend Engineer developing large cross-platform applications - Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in Angular and/or React - Proficiency in GraphQL, WebRTC, WebSockets, REST, PWA, Service Workers, and Edge Layers - Experience in automated testing with tools like Selenium, Mocha, Chai, Jest, etc. - Strong understanding of creating cross-platform mobile applications and publishing on various channels - In-depth knowledge of DOM, component rendering, and client-side performance optimization - Familiarity with Webpack and other bundling/build mechanisms for optimizing builds - Experience in building maps, reporting, and analytics solutions (Note: Skills in Angular (2+), AngularJS (1.x), React.js, and Javascript are essential for this role.),
