Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of

  front-end applications

  for AI-driven products and platforms.
• Build highly responsive, user-friendly, and scalable interfaces using

  React.js

  and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Collaborate with product managers, backend engineers, and data scientists to deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
• Translate UX/UI designs into functional, pixel-perfect, and performant code.
• Ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility and adherence to accessibility standards.
• Implement front-end best practices for performance optimization, security, and maintainability.
• Drive architectural decisions and front-end technology adoption across projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and establish coding standards, reviews, and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in front-end and web technologies to integrate modern solutions into products.

Qualification Requirements:

Educational:

• Bachelors degree with at least 7 years of experience or Masters with at least 4 years of experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Technical:

• Proven expertise in

  React.js

  with strong proficiency in JavaScript and

  TypeScript

  .
• Hands-on experience in building

  large-scale front-end applications

  with modular, reusable, and scalable components.
• Strong knowledge of

  state management frameworks

  (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or similar).
• Experience with

  RESTful APIs, GraphQL

  , and integrating with backend/AI services.
• Proficiency in front-end build tools and CI/CD pipelines (Webpack, Vite, Babel, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Familiarity with

  UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA)

  .
• Exposure to

  modern UI libraries and frameworks

  (Material-UI, TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui, etc.).
• Experience with

  testing frameworks

  (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) to ensure high-quality releases.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment and containerized environments (Docker) is a plus.
• Understanding of

  secure coding practices

  for front-end applications.
