Lead - Forward Deployed Engineer

As a Lead Professional Services Engineer at Growfin.ai, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying enterprise-grade integrations on the in-house iPaaS platform (Spring Boot) to seamlessly connect with the core Platform. Your role will require a strong technical expertise, deep understanding of platform capabilities, and collaborative work with internal teams and customer-facing counterparts. **Key Responsibilities:** - Own the end-to-end build and deployment of integrations on the in-house iPaaS platform (Spring Boot). - Translate high-level requirements into detailed Low-Level Designs (LLDs) and implement efficient, maintainable, and scalable integration workflows. - Develop and maintain reusable components, libraries, and templates for faster delivery. - Implement best practices for configuration management, code quality, and observability. - Provide L2 support during UAT and Production, ensuring solutions meet performance, reliability, and compliance standards. - Collaborate with Platform and DevOps teams for smooth release management. - Mentor junior engineers, participate in design discussions, and foster collaboration within the Professional Services team. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of experience in software development, integration, or related technical roles. - Strong proficiency in Spring Boot / Java, REST APIs, and Data Synchronization. - Hands-on experience with SQL, basic ETL processes, version control (Git), build tools (Maven/Gradle), and scripting (Bash, Python). - Ability to create detailed Low-Level Design documentation and experience in DevOps (Docker, CI/CD, logging, monitoring) is a plus. - Strong analytical and debugging mindset, excellent written communication skills, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
