Lead Executive - Content & Creatives

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute photography assignments for events, campuses, marketing campaigns, and institutional branding.
• Plan, create, and manage creative content for social media, website, ads, brochures, and internal communications.
• Coordinate and execute on-ground shoots (photo/video) as per brand guidelines.
• Edit and enhance photographs using industry-standard tools (Lightroom, Photoshop).
• Work closely with marketing, admissions, and leadership teams to understand content requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative outputs.
• Maintain and organize a digital asset library of photos and creative content.
• Bring fresh creative ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in professional photography (portfolio mandatory).
• Good understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
• Basic knowledge of video shooting/editing is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or equivalent.
• Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel frequently for shoots and events.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Work Schedule & Benefits:

• Sunday will be a fixed weekly off

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
