We are seeking a dynamic and high-energy individual with excellent communication skills, specifically fluent in English. Your main responsibilities will include finding new leads through online research and available tools, as well as advancing to cold calls. You will be accountable for handling customer inquiries and coordinating with the Sales team, explaining products or services, providing pricing information, and addressing customer questions. Additionally, you will need to follow up with customers and warm leads, schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential customers or for customers to attend sales presentations, and evaluate leads. Working closely with the Sales Manager and Sales team is essential to ensure seamless lead transfer and follow-up. Your proactive approach in identifying new business opportunities and converting calls into new leads will be crucial. Upholding prompt, polite, and professional service standards is a key aspect of this role. You may also be required to assist other departments as needed.
