As a Lead Enterprise Solutions (SAP Kinaxis) at Biyani Technologies Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve: **Role Overview:** You will lead and manage Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation and support activities, ensuring seamless integration with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA systems. Your responsibilities will also include providing end-to-end support for S&OP system administration and process improvements, understanding business needs, and delivering optimized supply chain planning solutions. Additionally, you will contribute to project planning, solution design, and mentor junior team members. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and manage Kinaxis RapidResponse implementation and support activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA systems. - Provide end-to-end support for S&OP system administration and process improvements. - Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver supply chain planning solutions. - Contribute to project planning, solution design, and delivery within established timelines. - Mentor and guide junior team members when required. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse. - Minimum 6+ years of experience in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). - Experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA integration.
