Job Description

Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and optimization of frontend architecture and features using React
js and TypeScript
Guide and mentor a team of 2 5 frontend engineers
Drive frontend best practices maintain a high bar on code quality, performance, and test coverage (unit, integration, automation)
Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to translate business requirements into seamless frontend experiences
Lead technical decision making and ensure robust, scalable UI solutions aligned with the overall product roadmap
Proactively identify technical debt and propose scalable improvements
Conduct peer reviews and provide constructive feedback
Champion modern frontend workflows and CI/CD processes
Required Qualifications 6 8 years of frontend development experience with at least 1+ years leading teams
Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Strong experience with React
js and its ecosystem: Redux, RxJs, Immutable
js, Webpack, Babel
Practical knowledge of REST APIs, WebSocket, WebRTC, and/or Server Sent Event integration
Proficient in debugging and performance profiling using browser-based tools
Solid understanding of how browsers work under the hood (DOM, rendering pipelines, caching, etc)
Comfortable working in Linux/Mac environments
Nice to Have Familiarity with Material-UI or similar component libraries
Exposure to AWS services EC2, S3, Cloudfront, ElasticCache, Lambda, API Gateway
Backend development experience in Go or Python Understanding of container orchestration such as Kubernetes
Preferred Work Experience: 6-8 YearsEducation/Qualifications: BE/BTech/MTech
