Lead Engineer MEAN Stack

As a Lead Engineer at our dynamic development team, you will be responsible for designing and creating high-performance fintech products utilized by financial institutions worldwide. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing and managing scalable web applications using the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular.js, Node.js). - Overseeing a team of 610 engineers to deliver top-notch software projects. - Designing microservices-based architecture and collaborating with cross-functional teams. - Creating and consuming RESTful APIs, ensuring code quality and performance through testing and reviews. - Deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and Docker. - Staying updated with the latest trends and advancements in web development and system architecture. Ideal candidates for this role should have: - 610 years of hands-on development experience across full stack development. - Strong command of the MEAN Stack, OOPs concepts, JavaScript, and MVC frameworks. - Proficiency in microservices architecture, API development, and SQL/NoSQL databases. - Prior experience in team leadership and large-scale project work. - Solid grasp of cloud platforms like AWS and Docker. - Excellent problem-solving abilities, unit testing capabilities, and exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Preferred qualifications include: - B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college. - Consistent academic performance with a minimum of 60% marks. - Previous experience in a product-based company and enterprise-level web applications. - Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
