Lead Engineer MEAN Stack

We are searching for a Lead Engineer with substantial hands-on experience in the MEAN stack to become a part of our dynamic development team. As a Lead Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design and creation of high-performance fintech products utilized by financial institutions worldwide. Your responsibilities will include leading teams, developing enterprise applications, and implementing scalable architecture utilizing state-of-the-art technologies. Your primary responsibilities will involve developing and managing scalable web applications employing the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular.js, Node.js), overseeing a team of 610 engineers to deliver top-notch software projects, designing microservices-based architecture, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating and consuming RESTful APIs, ensuring code quality and performance through testing and reviews, as well as deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms such as AWS and Docker. Staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in web development and system architecture will also be crucial. Ideal candidates will possess 610 years of hands-on development experience across full stack development, a strong command of the MEAN Stack, a deep understanding of OOPs concepts, JavaScript, and MVC frameworks, proficiency in microservices architecture and API development, familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases, prior experience in team leadership and large-scale project work, a solid grasp of cloud platforms like AWS and Docker, excellent problem-solving abilities, unit testing capabilities, and exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Preferred qualifications include a B.E. / B.Tech. / MCA degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college, consistent academic performance with a minimum of 60% marks, previous experience in a product-based company, hands-on experience with enterprise-level web applications, a demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
