Job Description

Design and Development:

Develop and maintain both
frontend
and
backend
application components.
Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure application architecture.
Write
clean, maintainable, and efficient code
following best practices.

Backend Focus (Java/Server-Side):

Build and maintain server-side logic and business processes using
Java
and frameworks like
Spring Boot
or
Spring MVC
.
Develop and integrate
RESTful APIs
and
Microservices
.
Work with various databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM tools like
Hibernate/JPA
.

Frontend Focus (Client-Side):

Develop highly responsive and user-friendly interfaces using
HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
.
Implement modern frontend frameworks/libraries like
React, Angular, or Vue.js
.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Collaboration & Quality Assurance:

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Conduct
code reviews
to ensure code quality, standards, and best practices.
Required Technical Skills.

The role demands a strong command of the full development stack:

Core Java:
Strong understanding of OOP concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
Java Frameworks:
Expertise in
Spring
(Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security) and
Hibernate/JPA
.
API:
Experience in designing and developing
RESTful APIs
and services.
Testing:
Experience with testing frameworks like
JUnit, TestNG, and Mockito
.

2. Frontend Skills (Client-Side)

Web Fundamentals:
Expert knowledge of
HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript
.
Frameworks:
Proficiency in at least one modern frontend framework (
React
,
Angular
, or
Vue.js
).

3. Database & Tools

Databases:
Hands-on experience with both relational (e.g.,
MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle
) and NoSQL databases (e.g.,
MongoDB
).
Version Control:
Proficient with
Git
and platforms like GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
Build Tools:
Experience with
Maven
or
Gradle
.

Desired Soft Skills & Qualifications

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience:
Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer or similar role, preferably utilizing the Java stack.
