We are a disruptive force in the industry, constantly challenging the status quo and reimagining capabilities across various sectors. **Job Duties And Responsibilities:** - Work closely with the Product Owner to design and develop Restful Services, conduct data analysis, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. - Drive the execution of complex technical projects from planning to completion. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers in an innovative and fast-paced environment. - Guide the team in resolving technical challenges and effectively manage daily technical operations. - Conduct code reviews, manage technical debt, and oversee release deployments and production issues. - Identify automation opportunities, encourage CI/CD pipeline implementation, and manage DevOps processes. **Skills, Experience And Requirements:** - Possess an Engineering degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in application development utilizing Java/J2EE technologies. - Proficient in Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and Linux. - Hands-on experience in designing and developing REST-based services and MicroService development. - Familiarity with AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. - Proficiency in container management tools like Kubernetes, Docker, and Rancher. - Experience in delivering projects in an agile environment using SCRUM methodologies. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
