Overview

Engineering Lead

Key Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Node.js or React.js (full-stack capability is a plus)
• Expertise in Microservices architecture, including design, development, and deployment
• Solid understanding of Transaction Banking, Corporate Banking, or Payments (preferred)
• Experience integrating with enterprise systems such as Core Banking, Payment Hubs, and Gateways
• Proficiency in REST APIs, event-driven architecture, and cloud-native applications
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to architect scalable, high-performance solutions
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership capabilities
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices

What you will do

• Collaborate with Transaction Banking business experts to clarify and refine requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.
• Integrate solutions across the enterprise, including Core Banking, Payment Hub, and Payment Gateway.
• Work closely with DevOps and Security teams to ensure the system is secure, reliable, and high performing.
• Continuously improve code quality, system performance, and development processes using AI tools.
