Lead Engineer - Full Stack Development

You will be part of DISH Network Technologies India Pvt. Ltd, a technology subsidiary of EchoStar Corporation, known for being a pioneer in technology and driving innovation for our customers. Our diverse product portfolio includes Boost Mobile, DISH TV, Sling TV, OnTech, Hughes, and Hughesnet, offering a range of consumer wireless, satellite connectivity, OTT services, and more. As a key member of our Technology teams, you will be at the forefront of challenging the status quo and redefining industry capabilities. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in architecture and design principles to design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable front-end applications. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will translate requirements into technical solutions and develop responsive front-end and back-end API's using React.js, Java, and Springboot. Your responsibilities will also include contributing to the design of user-centric experiences, participating in code reviews to ensure quality, handling production issues, and mentoring junior team members. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a strong grasp of React.js, SpringBoot, Java, API development, AWS, and microservices architecture. Additionally, proficiency in CI/CD pipelines such as Harness and ArgoCd, exposure to AI tools in web development, and excellent communication skills are highly valued.
